Short videos designed to listen to just after sunrise as you stand with your bare feet to the earth (dirt, grass, concrete, sand, water connected to the ground, or a hand on a tree, etc) and gaze skyward to the east. No sunglasses, not directly at the sun, but at the eastern sky. Grounding socks or shoes can be used when it's cold. See thestillworkout.com/supplies for recommendations!
